This wax played a significant role in top placings not only at the Olympics but also in numerous other World Cup races. Positioning between FP Cold and FP Middle. Adapt base wax to snow conditions.
Temperature range: -2°C to -16°C
Ironing temperature: approx. 180°C
Processing instructions for Powder VP S600:
ALPIN: Spread HWK powder on the base-prepared, race-ready ski.
veneering or corking (hand or rotor cork approx. 1000 rpm)
or lightly melt and then vlies or cork in
then brush out and polish
In very aggressive and wet conditions (alpine speed range) also iron.
NORDIC: Spread HWK powder on base-prepared, race-ready skis.
iron in (approx. 5 sec over ski length)
vialing or corking at approx. 1000 rpm
Cool for 15min, brush out and polish
