Exchange and return of goods
You can return goods within 14 days and we will refund the value of the goods. If you want a different product, simply place a new order in the shop.
Are you planning a return?
No problem. To ensure a smooth returns process, please read through the following points. We do not cover the costs of the return; this is to be paid for by the customer.
If the product is damaged or we have mistakenly sent you the wrong product, we will of course cover the costs of the return delivery.
Important information:
Individually manufactured goods and foodstuffs are generally excluded from exchange.
Please send the goods in their original packaging with all accessories. This is not a mandatory condition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal, but experience shows that it is the most reliable way of return. Please use a protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage caused by defective packaging.
If possible, please enclose the invoice when returning the goods - this makes it easier for us to allocate the goods, but is not a mandatory prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.

Return of dangerous goods
If possible, use the original packaging for return. This has the necessary imprints and packaging for the shipment. If the original packaging is damaged, please use a new package. For products containing batteries (including lithium batteries), please ensure that the packaging is strong and stable. Also, avoid the product moving back and forth inside the packaging or accidentally being switched on. You should securely seal any containers that are pressurized or filled with liquids or other substances that may leak to prevent the contents from leaking during transportation. If possible, place the product upright in the package and package it so that it cannot move freely. It is best to use any filling material or newspaper contained in the original shipment to fill the spaces.
If you are returning several dangerous items, it is important to return them individually, not together in one package, in order to comply with legal requirements.
What do I need to know about parcel stickers?
If you use the original package, you do not need to pay attention to anything else. Please check whether the dangerous goods sticker is legible. If this is not the case, please print out the hazardous goods sticker and stick it on one side of the package.
